Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on October 28, 1967, in Atlanta. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta starting with her farmer great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts. Early on, her father was interested in theatre. He performed on the Emory University campus in 1952 and also in a variety of productions that were staged around Atlanta. He joined the air force in 1953. During his time being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi, was cast in the military's production, which featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in Air Force. The couple got married in the year 1955. Their first son, Eric Anthony, was born in 1956. Walter as well as his spouse left the Air Force in and enrolled Walter as a student at Tulane University. Walter was a part of the Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio at the time they moved their family from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou financed their own production of a local Sunday morning show for children, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They also established a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later the same year. The couple also had two children: Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also known by the name Lisa) as well as Julia Billingsley (1967) (also also known by the name Julie).
