Anna Rawson
At the ripe age of 23, Anna took her golfing expertise and made the leap to professional. She has made a huge career of herself ever since. Anna experienced a life-changing event as a young girl. To spend more the time with her parents and brothers who were avid golfers Anna began playing the game as a new pastime. Anna, who was barely 16 at the time, began modeling after she made it to the finals of Dolly Magazines' cover contest. Anna has been modeling since then. There is more to her than meets the eye. Anna Rawson is not just a successful model as well as a successful businesswoman. She founded Seedlyfe which makes nutrient-rich superfoods. Anna Rawson and Willy Rawson are raised by their father following the tragic passing of Anna's mother at the age of four. Dianna Rawson began to suffer from depression after Dianna and Jim Rawson divorced. Dianna, who was being held in a mental institution during a time after seeking assistance from a hospital ended up killing herself when Anna turned 5 and her family was devastated and brokenhearted. Anna's life was hard for her. Anna had to adjust to a new way of living without her mother. This was a burden that no child should endure. Jim Rawson, who is her father, became an important fan and someone she built a close relationship with. Jim Rawson, a former Glenelg footballer and a fan of sport himself was also the father of Anna. Anna admitted that the only reason for taking up golf after the death of her mother was to be closer with her dad. However, she quickly realized that she was a fan. (The adorable golfers definitely did help!) Anna was able to start playing golf because she felt particularly depressed about the death of her mother. The skill she developed grew and her hobby soon became a job. It's a wonderful goal! Rawson was educated in her home, after she attended St. Martin Boarding School. Anna acknowledges that her decision on which college to attend was more a matter of naivety than the logic. She received offers from outstanding universities like Yale as well as Harvard however she was eventually accepted to Immanuel College in Southern Australia since the weather was not as poor. In the wake of her trip to Immanuel college Anna went and studied at the University of Southern California where she was awarded the All-Pac 10 honorable mention on three separate occasions. You can't beat beauty combined with brains. Her BA Communications in Southern California was later followed by the MBA at Columbia Business School.
