Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback singer and a musician who works predominantly in Tamil and Malayalam film productions in the language. Her acting debut was in Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as a lawyer for the Madras High Court. Her younger sister is who is a resident of Leuven Belgium as a research assistant. Jeremiah was born in Chennai was a student at Chennai National Public School. He was a graduate of Women's Christian College. She has said that she was an avid geek and was a psychiatrist until she completed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea started playing the piano classically when she was eight. She was part of The Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars in the age of 10. The group was the beginning of her musical and singing career. The actress was also a stage student at her school and was a part of several shows staged through The Madras Players and EVAM. She was also president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her theatre career by appearing in Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. In 2006, she appeared in a brand new advertisement for Leo together with actor Shiva.
