Lis Wiehl works as an American lawyer and writer who was formerly the Fox News analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has provided legal commentary for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs Tonight. The Imus morning shows as well as hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl is she is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma at Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Queensland in 1985, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl served as prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. She served as a legal correspondent for the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats at the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She served as a law professor with tenure in the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. From 2001 to the year 2017 Wiehl was an attorney analyst at Fox News.
